Jonathan Church Theatre Productions presents The Chichester Festival Theatre, Stage Entertainment and Sheffield Theatres production of Singin’ in the Rain, based on the classic Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film.

Screenplay by Betty Comden and Adolph Green. Songs by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed. Performed by arrangement with Music Theatre International.

A smash-hit in the West End and across the UK, this irresistibly charming show comes to the Churchill Theatre Bromley to make a splash in January 2027!

Journey back to the glamour of Hollywood in the roaring 20’s with high-energy choreography and sumptuous set designs (including over 14,000 litres of water on stage), combined with all the romance and wit of one of the world’s best- loved films.

Beautiful, charismatic, and very much in love (if you believe what you read in the press), Hollywood’s golden couple, Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont have the world at their feet. But when “talkies” start to replace silent movies, and an aspiring actress is drafted in to save the day, life as they know it is turned upside down.

Singin’ in the Rain features the glorious MGM score including "Good Morning", "Make ‘em Laugh" and the legendary "Singin’ in the Rain".

Looks like this year's summer forecast will be without Singin' in the Rain. The highly anticipated musical put on by Sadler's Wells has now been shifted to summer 2021. The producers announced new London dates today. Current ticketholders will be contacted by their point of sale to determine whether they prefer to exchange tickets or receive a refund.

As part of this year's Children In Need fundraising, some famous faces are doing their bit by joining a London musical for one night only as part of the charity's POP Goes The Musical venture.      Ex-Spice Girl, X-Factor guest judge and all-round loveable loon Geri Halliwell will be joining the cast of Singin' In The Rain onstage this coming Thursday, 25th October at some point during the show.     Then next month, hip girlgroup Stooshe, X Factor winner Joe McElderry and I Try singer Macy Gray will join the cast of Thriller Live! on Thursday 15th November.
