From sold out audiences at the Edinburgh Festival to winning the audience award of the International Festival of Valladolid, Tap Ole is a company with a long history of success, performing all over the world to critical acclaim. The company is described by critics as “spectacular and innovative...technically flawless”, “charming and exuberant show” and “perfect synchronicity, stunning technical precision...you never want them to stop”.
Expanding their original program to include 4 additional dancers and musicians, Tapeando is new creation fusing tap dance and Spanish guitar, exploring the infinite sound and choreographic possibilities of this union. Latin, jazz and Mediterranean music and rhythms mix with flamenco and tap dance and serve to inspire the dancers and musicians to create this new show.
The high-energy music of Tapeando from Roger Raventós (guitar), Mario Mas (guitar), Paco Weht (bass) and Carlos Cortés (percussion) perfectly complements the speed and skill of acclaimed dancers Guillem Alonso, Roser Font, Laia Molins and Rubén Pérez in a show that will dazzle the whole family.
