And All That Jazz... Tickets

WordTheatre, ‘the short story performance specialists’ (Sunday Times), presents “And All That Jazz…”, an evening of  jazz themed stories, poetry and music celebrating that great big bopping American fusion of African and European rhythms that moved at lightning speed from New Orleans through Chicago and New York, over the ocean to Paris and then the world. An array of acclaimed actors including Lucy Cohu, Jessica Gunning, Jack Shepherd, Joseph Marcell, Miles Jupp, Rhashan Stone,  Sam Spruell will bring to life literature inspired by the dark smoky rooms, the snare drums, the sequinned dresses and bootleg booze, while pianist James Pearson of Ronnie Scott’s, in true jazz style, improvises an entirely new score.
